What Is Changing?
Soon, your benefits will be administered through Decisely's secure online platform. This enhanced experience is designed to simplify benefits management and provide greater visibility into your coverage and costs.
New Features and Benefits
The new platform offers several convenient features for employees, including:
- Self-service access to benefits information anytime, anywhere
- Paperless enrollment and benefits management
- The ability to view benefit costs after employer contributions
- Easy access to coverage details and enrollment information in one secure location
For Participating Employers
The new platform will also provide employers with enhanced administrative tools, including:
- Payroll deduction reporting to support benefits administration
- Access to monthly invoices for benefits coverage
What Current Participant Companies Need to Do
Current participating companies can help make the transition easy by providing their company’s employer contributions calculations and signing up for electronic payments.
- Employer Contribution Calculations
As we implement a new and improved billing process for employee benefits, we are gathering information on how much each employer contributes to their employees’ benefits. Once this transition is complete, both you and your employees will have clear visibility into monthly employer contributions. This added transparency will be a valuable tool in recruiting and retaining highly skilled employees.
To support this process, please complete the Employer Contribution Questionnaire as soon as possible.
- Moving to Electronic Payments
As part of our new benefits administration platform, we are also shifting to an electronic payment system. We strongly encourage employers to complete the ACH Authorization Form, as ACH will be the preferred payment method. Credit card payment options will also be available for added convenience.
Please return the completed ACH form and your questionnaire to ebf@aaas.us. This information is required from all AAASEBF-participating employers as part of our platform transition.
