You can also earn a multipolicy discount of 2% on monthly

premiums for participating in the association workers' compensation program.

The AAASEBF Annual Open Enrollment Period (AOEP) is the month of NOVEMBER.

Eligible late enrollee AOEP requests for a January 1, 2027 effective date
will be accepted through Decisely from NOVEMBER 1 - 30, 2026.

All AOEP requests must be submitted through Decisely
no later than the end of the month of NOVEMBER, 11.30.2026.

  • How do I request new/cancel/change insurance coverage for an employee?

    All AAASEBF enrollment processing – additions, changes, and terminations – are now processed in your Decisely Dashboard.

  • Where do I find the AAASEBF documents?

    Current documents are available on the AAASEBF section of the aaas.us website under ACCESS PROGRAM DOCUMENTS.

  • How do I submit documents to AAASEBF?

    All AAASEBF enrollment processing is now completed through your Decisely Dashboard. No paper enrollment forms are required.

  • When are the documents required to be received by AAASEBF?

    Documents must be submitted through Decisely as early as possible before month-end prior to the eligible requested first of the month effective date.

  • When is the AAASEBF annual open enrollment period (AOEP)?

    AOEP requests for late enrollees may be submitted through Decisely yearly from November 1 until November 30 for eligible coverage to be effective January 1 of the upcoming year.

  • Can my employees access their personal Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama (BCBSAL) health/dental insurance contract information?

    Yes, at AlabamaBlue.com! Subscribers can order ID cards and more. Registration is easy on the myBlueCross section of the BCBSAL website. Try the Alabama Blue mobile app for phone and tablet, as well!

The Automotive Aftermarket Association Southeast Employee Benefit Fund (AAASEBF) is a fully insured Association Health Plan (AHP) offering group health, dental, life and vision benefits.


The AHP is provided by Automotive Aftermarket Association Southeast, Inc. (AAAS) as a service for its members. The health and dental benefits are administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama (BCBSAL). The life insurance program is underwritten by Mutual of Omaha. The vision insurance program is through BCBSAL with vendor partner Vision Service Plan (VSP). The program is governed by AAASEBF members serving on the AAASEBF Board of Trustees, chaired by Danny Durbin of Durbin Auto Parts, Prattville, AL. 

 

AAASEBF offers three health benefit plan selections, a dental plan, four life coverage options, and a vision plan. More information regarding the insurance plans in the AAASEBF program can be found in the program documents, linked below.
